If 30 days have lapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in original packaging. Proof of purchase must be provided. If applicable, partial refunds may be granted in certain situations such as any item not in its original condition ie, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
If applicable, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.

You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs involved in returning the item. Depending on location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If shipping a product over £75 in value, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee the goods will return to us.
