Renewable and Sustainable

Our products are of great quality, but this does not imply that we must cut down trees to manufacture them. Wood Pellets are a unique fuel generated from sawmill waste.

Alternative Energy

Alternative Energy is a set of effective techniques and methods of generating, transmission and use of energy, promising in view of their use of the economy and, more importantly, a low risk of harm to the environment.

Premium quality pellets

Coniferous wood is used to make wood pellets, an alternate form of solid fuel. Our pellets can be used to heat production areas, administrative buildings, and individual apartment boilers and heating systems. We deliver wood pellets to the location you specify, and our product is also available for purchase in malls and specialty shops.

We only provide the best wood granulate, certified in accordance with DINplus and ENplus A1 international standards. The ENplusA1 standard ensures both the product’s quality and the production’s safe delivery to the client. We have had our products certified to make sure they are an industry leading A1 Grade Quality. The top certification schemes in Europe are ENplus®, FSC® and BSL.

Frequently Asked Question by our various Clients.

Are all wood pellets the same?

Wood pellets vary in grade, materials, and purpose. Premuim pellets, made from hardwood, burn longer and cleaner, while standard pellets may have higher ash content. Moisture and density affect combustion efficiency, with lower moisture offering better heat output. Pellets are used for heating, insudtrial power generation, or grilling, with specialty options for flavoring.

Does the cost of pellets vary with quantity ordered?

Yes. Our prices vary according to a number of factors, including quantity, location and delivery service required (e.g. specific vehicle requirements, urgency, early or late deliveries).

How much ash will be produced?

Ash levels are extremely low, under 0.7% in fact. Your ash can even be used as a fertiliser in the garden.

How long can I store wood pellets?

As long as your storage unit is kept free from moisture and other forms of contamination your wood pellets can be stored for an indefinite period. However, we recommend using pellets within 9 months of purchase.

What is ENplus?

The ENplus quality certification is a major step towards establishing pellets as a widely used energy commodity.

It offers the highest standard available in wood pellet fuel worldwide, and the only standard within the EU that ensures the pellet quality is managed throughout the entire supply chain.

How will my order be delivered?

All orders are delivered on a pallet, kerbside to your property, generally using a large 18-ton lorry. If you are unsure if your location will accommodate a large lorry, please get in touch and we can discuss your needs in more detail.

I live in a remote or restricted access property; can you deliver to me?

Most deliveries are made in an 18-ton vehicle. Please contact us upon placing your order to inform us of any difficulties we may have accessing your property, and where possible we will ensure that a smaller 7.5-ton truck is used.
